Three members of Royal Far West’s Community Recovery Services Team visited Coraki Public School and Coraki Preschool in the northern rivers region from the 19th-23rd of June 2023 to deliver the following:
Support for children:
- 1x Stormbirds group program at the primary school
- 2x Birdies tree shared book reading and activity sessions at the primary school
- 1x Birdies tree shared book reading and activity session at the preschool
- Delivered by health clinicians, the groups support children who have experienced change, grief or loss, with an emphasis on changes following a natural disaster.
