Corporate team building activities bring many benefits to your Company, including increased staff motivation, collaboration, productivity and creativity.
We have been working hard to create combined volunteering and team building activities for increased engagement with our partners, their organisations and communities.
COVID–19 presented us with a great opportunity to really challenge ourselves to shift our volunteering programs online and firmly embed the benefits of team building into these programs.
Following on from our successful ‘A Night To Remember’ corporate team building and volunteering cookery events, which were created to welcome country families to our Centre for Country Kids, we have created some additional activities for corporate groups.
Each activity addresses an issue pertinent to us, such as helping kids and families overcome the cumulative impacts of drought, bushfire and COVID-19, or supporting families when they come to Manly.
Each corporate group will be given an activity, and participate in a fun, team-building exercise as they learn more about a particular problem. The team will then be able to ‘give back’ through an associated volunteering activity, such as making care packs for our families.
We believe this is an exciting and worthwhile engagement strategy for our families and for your company, and we’d love to discuss it with you. Please email us at corporate@royalfarwest.org.au .
