COVID-19 advice for visitors

We are committed to providing a safe environment for staff, clients, families, guests, and anyone else visiting the RFW campus in Manly and takes the health and safety of staff, clients, and visitors seriously.

RFW will continue to follow our local and national health authority’s advice regarding COVID-19.

Our team is doing all it can to ensure the health and safety of everyone visiting RFW in person. We have implemented a number of COVID-19 related precautions such as mandatory infection screening, mandatory contact tracing upon entry into RFW buildings, and mandatory face masks.

Please do not visit RFW if:

  • You have been in close contact with a person confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19.
  • You have been instructed to quarantine, self-isolate or waiting results of a COVID-19 test.
  • You are unwell with flu-like symptoms (ie. fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or loss of smell or taste).
  • You have been to an identified COVID-19 hotspot within the last 14 days.

Advice for visiting Clients and Families

RFW has committed to accepting in-person clients from 1 February 2021 after an 11-month cessation of face to face services.

The requirements of entry into the RFW Centre for Country Kids and Drummond House buildings are:

  • Hand Hygiene (Sanitisation)
  • Temperature Testing
  • Completion of Infection Screening Questionnaire
  • Sign in using the RFW QR codes.
  • Wear a face mask

Advice for non-client guests

Non-client guests staying at our Royal Far West Lodge guesthouse will be advised of COVID-19 protocal by our Accommodation team before they arrive for their stay.
