This could include deepening expertise in a particular clinical area, learning about a new therapy approach or reflecting on current cases.

Funding may be available to clinicians through the Health Workforce Scholarship Program.

Who is the service for?

Designed for allied health clinicians supporting children in rural and remote areas.

All supervisors are senior allied health clinicians with experience working with rural and remote children and their families. They hold additional expertise in telehealth, mental health, working in multidisciplinary teams and trauma informed care.

The service is best suited to new graduate and early career clinicians in the following fields:

  • Speech Pathology
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Social Work
  • Registered Psychology
