Jodie joined Royal Far West in November 2010. Previously she was employed as the Senior Human Resources Advisor at Greenslopes Private Hospital in Brisbane for over 8 years. With over 2000 employees at the hospital, her role was diverse and demanding involving performance management, policy development, industrial relations and project management. Her role at Royal Far West includes policy development, award interpretation, enterprise agreement negotiation, payroll management and support and general human resources advice to management and staff.
