Our Vision: healthy country children
Royal Far West provides specialist health services to children living in regional, rural and remote areas that have developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health disorders and don’t have access to appropriate local services.
Our goal is to work closely with their families and local healthcare services to provide the specialist healthcare that will support both developmental improvement and the best possible outcomes for these children.
Through close collaboration between our clinical team and the on-site Royal Far West school, we integrate educational and clinical care and work together with our families to create the best management plan for each of our children.
All our services support childhood resilience, family empowerment and community involvement. In this way, we are providing the opportunity for these children to live as happy, healthy, contributing members within their community – and Royal Far West is helping to build the human capacity of the bush.
