Executive and Finance Committee
The role of the Executive and Finance Committee is to oversee the financial operations of the organisation and to consider issues and make recommendations to the Board.
Functions:
- To consider and manage issues as required
- To examine budget allocations
- To monitor financial performance in relation to budget
- To monitor delegated financial controls
- To monitor the integrity and consistency of financial reports
- To monitor Royal Far West’s investments
- To monitor activity reports
