Assets Management Committee
The role of the Assets Management Committee is to ensure that the facilities and properties owned by the Royal Far West are utilised and maintained in an appropriate and efficient manner that is consistent with relevant legislative requirements and budget constraints.
Functions:
- To monitor the internal control function in relation to the properties, facilities, plant and equipment
- To review, approve (within delegation) and oversight all capital works programmes
- To review, approve (within delegation) and oversight the Five Year Maintenance Plan
- To direct the redevelopment of the Manly property
